Open Letter to the Citizens of District 15
Dated: 12-18-13

I am profoundly sorry that the good citizens of District 15 and the state of Idaho had to watch the events of the last few weeks. I wish that this matter had been handled quickly and quietly.
I wish someone else would had lead the fight and that I had not been openly involved.
I am proud of the work of the leadership team of District 15 and the Precinct Committeeman for voting unanimously on this matter. They are all are to be commended: representative government worked.
I personally want to thank the work, behind the scenes, of House leadership. They worked from day one for the best interest of their members.
I look forward to working in harmony with the new representative from District 15.
